Today is another day i am spending at home~其實幾乎都在家裡~
How abt a job ne?(there i go again) Oh well, see how everything works out~
Yesterday I went to the Gym~Finally, i am doing something that i always fail to~(笑)
Due to overeating in the holidays, 我被下令減肥了...真的令我很開心啊!!! Because for the past i year whenever i wanted to diet seriously, people had thought i had official gone out this world~But now with this~It is a encouragement for me~有了這樣的鼓勵~我應該可以更加有決心來減肥! and after weighting session today, i am pleased to say i lose a bit of weight~ 快挙です!! ホント快挙ッス!!! Well, i must continue this way and i shd make it and nvr had to diet again(COS IT IS TERRIBLE)
GYM WORKOUT:Cycling(20mins=100 over kcals), running(20mins=1.74km=94kcal),Pulling thingyee?(10mins=64kcal),leg lifting machine(50 times),sit-up(25 times)
Diet:drink 1500 ml water everyday, eat prunes for digestion, variation of diet plan given by my aunt

I want to go singing~I feel like singing today ne~
Lately, i had been getting too much sleep, normally i stayed up late to feed 銀太~
I am worried that 銀太 will fall sick...STOP WORRYING!!! and also abt the releasing of the results, But no matter, i believe it will be best for me to just brush it off. Afterall what has been done had been done, worrying is no use. I can only pray for the best~Oh God~Help me!來點別的~
